Two column proof requres different way of thinking (from what you are used to uptill now).
So, look at the example problems in your book and redo them till you don't have to look back. Practice on all the problems in the book.
If you cannot do some - put those up here we can help!
Only way to learn these is to solve lots of problems.
In other words, you got to work hard...
