Although the previous poster had the basic idea on how to solve they obviously have no social skills.
you can multiply both sides by 15 to get 5c + 30 < = 3c + 15.
then subtract 3c from each side to get 2c + 30 < = 15,
then subtract 30 from each side to get 2c < = -15
and finally divide both sides by 2 to get c < = -15/2 (same as c < = -7.5)
