depends on the calculator. with a typical scientific calculator, enter 41, then press square root key, then press cuberoot key.
...or, if you have an nth root key, enter 41 then 6th root (since the cube root of a square root is the 6th root.
if none of this works, try changing the roots to fractions: sqrt(x) = x1/2, and cuberoot(x)=x1/3, so
cuberoot of (squareroot of 41) is (411/2)1/3 which = 411/6
now enter 41 [press yx key] then "(1/6) ="
{on graphing calculator enter "41^(1/6) enter"}
