It took me two readings to understand the problem.
There ARE two questions:
the rate at which the depth is changing
(1) when the depth is 50 m (at the beginning)
(2) when the depth is 20 m
You already have the expression for dh/dt, right?
Check it out for h = 50. We get 0.00795 ~~ ha!
And I got your answer for part (2).
