Problem:
A pond that lies in a crater is being drained at a rate of 1000 cu. M per minute. If the crater has the shape of an inverted cone of radius 200 m ( at the original water level) and original depth 50 m ( at center), find that rate at which the water level begins to fall. How fast is it falling when the water at the center is only 20m deep.
The given answer is 0.008m/min, but mine is 0.0497m/min. Beside I am not sure how many questions in this problem. Please give me your options as soon as you can. Many thanks.
