Can someone please help me with the following double integrals?

1. Integral from -2 to 2 of Integral from -1 to 1 of
abs( (x^3)*(y^2) ) dx dy

2. Let [x] be the greatest integer function in x.
Double Integral over R of [x]*[y] dA where
R = {(x,y)|-2<=x<=2,0<=y<=3}

I appologize in advance if my notation is not correct. Any help with these would be appreciated - I am at a loss as to where to start.
