[ln (1 + (4/x))]/(1/x)
L'Hopitals
{ 1/[1+(4/x)] * -4x^-2 } / (-x^-2)
rearrange
4x/(x+4) --> 0 at x-->0
ln y = 0e^0 ==== 1
