<LINK REL=STRING HREF=URL>

The LINK command is used to give the relationships between files. The two relationships are REL, which tells that there is a normal relationship to the document specified in the URL, and REV, which indicates that there is a reverse relationship. This means that the other document has the relationship with this one.
