The medicinal use of mint 
Mint is especially used to treat aches and pains in the section of stomach and bowel, e.g. nausea, acute vomiting, flatulences and cramps. Additionally it supports the functioning of the gall bladder. In order to develop the active substances of mint, a tea is prepared from its leaves. You should drink three cups of it every day. Besides socalled mint-drops are prepared from alcohol and the essential oil being situated in the leaves of mint and gained by steam distillation. You can buy this medicine in every drugstore.
