About This Site
This site was designed to be used as an educational resource. We encourage all teacher's to let their students participate in the "Internet" style of learning. Students can get the basic information they need from the Library, have a little fun with what they are learning at the Race Track and then interact with others and contribute to this site at the Pit Stop. Allowing students to interact with the site greatly enhances it. As more students post questions and answers in the forum, and more students build better EVs at the Race Track, the site expands and provides more information from many different points of view. Although the material of this site alone is very valuable, we strongly urge you to let your students interact with this site since it not only enhances their learning, but helps our site grow and adapt as well.

Download Area
All of the articles, the FAQ, and the quizzes are available for download as word processor documents. You can download these documents, add to and expand them, then print them out and distribute them to your students. After they have read the articles, you can give your students one of the EV quizzes, and test them on the material they just read.

Quizzes
The quizzes provided on this site are samples of the questions you can ask your students. Feel free to download and add to them. Although the quizzes can be taken without using a computer, we suggest that your students take them while viewing this site. By taking them online, the students are provided with instant results and tips on what areas they need to go over again. The results tell the student how many questions they missed, but it does not tell them which questions they missed. Instead, it will provide a list of topics that they need to reread. This method will ensure that the student has a solid understanding of the subject matter.
