Chinese Writing and Literature dates back all the way to the 1100's B.C. and is one of the oldest and greatest of the world's literatures. During most of China's history, the Chinese did not consider literature a separate art form. They expected all cultured people to write in a graceful, elegant syle, regardless of the topic.
The Chinese also concentrate a good deal on study, with everyone owning the "must-have" Four Treasures of the Study, as well as a healthy mind and body. The Chinese developed Feng Shui, the practice of living harmoniously with the energy of the surrounding environment. Many will also recognize Kung Fu, a combination of martial arts, techniques and training, and various methods of health maintenance practiced by the Chinese people.
