Norma M. Allewell received a Ph. D. from Yale University in 1969. She now as a professor of biochemistry and also
as a professor of
chemistry and conceptual science at the University of Minnesota.
The main focus of her research is protein structure, function and design, macromolecular interactions and computer modeling. She does a lot of the research on the E. coli virus.
Norma Allewell has many publications to her name. Most of these articles focus on the mysteries of protein folding.
