Welcome to the Virtual Japanese Restaurant

--Welcome, or "Yokoso" as we say in Japanese, to the Virtual Japanese Restaurant. It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you here to our culinary cuisine. Go on, go on, take a good look at our menu below, now that you've become our guest. We hope you'll sit back and relax as we fully satisfy your appetite!
Just to let you know, this is not a page explaining about the wonders of sushi, or why in the world Japanese people eat sashimi, aka raw fish. Though these are one of the common food cultures of Japan, as like other countries, they are not all.
We have created the pages of "The Virtual Japanese Restaurant" so we could give you a broader perspective to how diverse and in depths the culture really is. As you enjoy the cuisine with us, we hope that you will see not just the unique culture itself, but also the people who gave them the name and deed. ---And why not take a minute or two yourself to think about your culture and cuisine! Any delicious recipes of your own? Send it to us and will post it up for everyone to share.

So, invite all your friends and family to come inside for a dish or two? We'll sure bet you won't leave "empty-belly-ed". As we say "eat up!" in Japanese --- Meshiagare!
