Okuma Rest Center is a recreational facility for the U.S. military personnel, its civilian employees, and their families. In the center of the photograph, there is a runway for a small airfield which is currently unused. To the south of the facility is Okuma Resort, a well known resort for tourists from within and outside the prefecture.
