One thing that most chemistry won't tell you, is that the section of your chemistry entitled, "Let's all Learn about Oxidation-Reduction Reactions" is not one of the most fun sections of the book. We at Chemweb 2000 took it upon ourselves to do the best job we could to make learning that "Oxidation is the portion of the redox reaction in which there is a loss of electrons by a species or an increase in the oxidation number of an atom" a little more fun.
