Remembering dreams can be a hard thing to do. But after a while it becomes a natural thing. You need to know the proper way to sleep. If you don't get enough sleep you won't be able to remember your dreams as easily. But if you follow regular habits it will be very easy. Relaxing yourself completely helps very much. Having peace and quiet can do this. Some people go to sleep easier if they have a soft music playing in the background. As you start to go to sleep concentrate on the main thing that is going on in your mind. But don't over concentrate or it will keep you awake.

Try to wake up naturally, and not by an alarm clock or your mother shaking you. Your health can also influence if you remember your dreams or not. Try to take vitamins and eat a balanced diet. If you do all of this you will remember you dreams much easier.

Keeping those steps above in mind (and following them) will kick start you to remembering your dreams. Theses steps are the key to remembering your dreams, if you practice all the above, you will sooner or later start to remember them.
