Goalie Gear

Gear	Description
	Leg pads are necessary for a goalie to prevent the puck from bruising your leg or another player's stick from hitting your leg when you are on the ground.
	The blocker is used by the goalie to block air shots.   It also gives a little protection for the wrist and arm.  Every goalie should use a blocker.
	The catcher is used by the goalie similar to how a catcher in baseball uses a glove.  Basically the goalie can catch the puck in the glove.
