First things first. You'll have to download the program first before you can continue any further. It comes in a .zip format as we don't think you are brave enough to download the many seperate files.

The -unfinished- program is based on the Ultima series from Origin. It is entirely unofficial, created for fun, and not related to them in any way.

When you have done so, create a directory on your C: drive called C:\ultima8 and use Winzip to unzip the file structures there. Use "ultima8.bat" to start the program once.

Then look through the code and try to follow its sequence. You may be somewhat surprised.
