From left to right: Renée DeBoer, Cara Kienert, Mark Sleeper

Cara graduated this June from Lincoln High School. She has lived all her life in the great state of Wisconsin with her parents and sister. She played alto sax in the concert, pep and marching bands at LHS. She was involved with a bunch of stuff at school which keeps her insanely busy. With five years of German to help her, she spent three weeks in the summer of 1997 in Germany, using neat words like "Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung". She loves to watch the tv show Mystery Science Theater 3000 and has devoted her own website to it. Obsessed with CART auto racing, Cara wants to become a race engineer. She hopes that a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison will get her there.

Then there's Renée. Renée waited out the end of her senior year with Cara and Mark also. She was born and raised in Missouri with her twin sister Natalie. She lives for music and physics, and spends her free-time doing origami and contemplating the known universe. Renée is a sandwich artist at our local Subway where she makes tuna salad and cleans up other people's messes without complaint. She plans to attend Lawrence University in the fall where she will play the bassoon and study music education. You can visit her bassoon-a-rific website if you, too, feel the inner urge to play the bassoon.

Mark Sleeper is from Ohio. He really likes it there. He likes it so much, in fact, that he's going to go to college there at Ohio State. He's a pretty sharp debater and an all-around genius, but he's a Republican, so we can't really take him too seriously.

As for things all three have been involved with together, our Trivia 29 team finished 320th with 990 points!!! Yeah!!!
