The Tower of Terror:
(1) from the Anaheim Produce Stand--Our quadrant measurement was 18 degrees. The actual height according to the people at the Disney/MGM Studios is 199 feet. [divide 199 by .3203 (the tangent ratio for 18 degrees)=621 feet from where you are standing to the top point of measures
(2)from the sign post at Sunset and Gower--Our quadrant measurement was 30 degrees. The actual height according to the Disney hosts again is 199 feet. {divide 199 by .5774 (tangent ratio for 30 degrees)=344 feet.
Star Tours:
From the sign that says "Stage 12", it is near the entrance to the ride--Our quadrant measurement was 48 degrees. The actual height according to Disney hosts is 35 feet. {divide 35 by .9796 degrees)=35 feet.
Muppet Balloon:
From the far right exit the area gate--Measurement was 57 degrees. The actual height is 110 feet.{divide 110 by 1.228 degrees=89 feet
