| Ink: PressBase: Resource Book: Contributions The resource book is a truly innovative "interactive textbook" of knowledge for high school journalists. By pooling the skills, knowledge, and of course, questions, of hundreds of students with interests in journalism, we are able to release a new chapter every week, and update existing pages as necessary. Here's How It Works The Ink Development Team is already hard at work developing new chapters to the Resource Book every week. But two heads are better than one (or in our case, hundreds better than three), so we'll be presenting drafts of the chapters, along with questions and requests for input or information, in The Production Forum. To help out, join us in the Forum, find the Resource Book threads, and follow the conversations. If you seem really knowledgeable about a subject, you could even direct the production of this week's chapter! Of course, if you're just perusing through the actual Resource Book some day, and come across something that doesn't seem quite right, or don't come across anything when you're looking for something specific, let us know. You can try the Forum (we always seem to be popping in there once in a while), or write us directly. Details on contacting us are available from the Feedback link at the bottom of this page. Why Should I Help? Because you might just know something someone else doesn't. That's exactly the point of The Resource Book - the more you get involved, the bigger and better it gets, and the more you'll want to turn to it for reliable information! Oh, and don't think we just want to steal your ideas! If you contact us, or post a reply in the Forum, we'll consider you a contributer to that particular topic, and your name will be listed in that chapter. |
