That is not a valid hypothesis... To say that life does not exist, or is fake, is to say that your reality is the only true reality... therefore I do not exist. Furthermore, if the latter of your statement is true, then everything that you do would be considered right and just, therefore there is no need for a hell. It is one thing to say that life is an illusion; Plato thought that heaven was enlightenment from the prison of normal life. What you are saying is something else. Also, you cannot say that your mind is independent of the world you live in. To say this is to say that you have not been taught right from wrong, or even the difference between a tree and a bird that lives in it. There is more order to the world than that.
Consider the work of Plato and of Aristotle. Their ideas are totally contrary to my beliefs, yet they support their ideas through 'proof' and well supported dialogue.
