There are 2 ways in which one could get form results. The hardest way is to learn cgi. This is very complicated and can't be explained in this page. The easier way is to use a server such as geocities or guestworld. Geocities is a webspace provider, which currently gives 6 megabytes. They will have form results emailed to you. The email looks like this:

Reply to:viewers reply to address

Sent to: your email address

(name of element of form) result

(other elements)other results.

Inside the perentheses go the name of the element (Remember when you typed in "<Input name=some name">?" That is the name.). You can sign up for geocities at http://www.geocities.com

Guestworld is a service that puts a guestbook on your page. Instead of the results getting emailed to you, they stay on the internet on your guestworld account until you read them (and then you can put them on your webpage) or you could have them immediately sent to your web page.
