The percentage of brown eye genes in a gene pool can be entered in
the top box. Enter a number from 1 - 99, corresponding to 1% - 99%
of the genes being for brown eyes. The other box is the percentage
of blue eye genes which will automatically add up to 100%.
The first percentage is for those with two brown eye genes, and
therefore the individual has brown eyes, as will all its offspring
(as this gene is dominant).
The second percentage group also have brown eyes, although it
is possible that an individual's offspring will have blue eyes as
half its genes passed on will be for blue eyes.
