| Fat Although
nobody want to be fat, our body need a certain amount of fat to keep ourselves warm, as a shock absorbent to protect our
organs, and as energy reserve. However, nowadays, it is too common that people have too
much fat inside their body.
Before we look for how to eliminate body fat, let's look at the
two basic rules of body fat.
Rule 1: Eat more calories than your body uses per day and the excess is
deposited as fat.
I suppose every body know this fact:
(Input > output) = excess
So I won't discuss it in details.
Rule 2: The inactive part of our body stores fat! Look
at where we choose to store our extra "stuff" around the house. We pick areas
that have every little use and activity, such as a kitchen drawer, a part of the garage,
the attic or certain
closets.
To store the extra fat, the body looks for a place with the same
quality - inactive. Do you notice that your body never store fat
in your hands? So if
you want to get rid of the fat around your thighs, hips and
waists, don't let it become inactive.
For woman, having an amount of body fat greater than or equal
to 30 percent of your total body weight is considered obese. Your ideal level of body fat should be between 15 percent and 22 percent. Ideally, men should
have between 10 percent and 15 percent body fat; a level equal to
or greater than 23 percent is considered obese.
We've discuss why and where there are so many fat in our body,
let's see how to Keep-Fit.
