Almost every person knows that doing exercise can bring you many benefits, however, very few know the right way to do exercise, that's why some people take an aerobic class for years and still can't become fit.

Besides, keeping fit, exercise can be a sedative for those who need to relax. And yet, for those who are feeling sluggish or lethargic. Exercise is the most
powerful natural drug known to mankind.

Before starting any exercise, the most important thing you have to remember is that if you injure yourself while exercising, listen to your body. Stop when your
body says to stop. The pain will not go away if you continue, and most likely, it will only get worse.

Only through proper exercise will you be able to lose body fat and weight. Dieting alone will never get you to meet your weight, body fat percentage,
and aesthetic goals.

A great diet can never make up for lack of exercise, but a great exercise program can make up for lack of a great diet. Of courese, good diet and proper exercise is the best. If you're exercising for more than one hour, you're doing something wrong - unless, of course, you're training for a competitive sport.

If you don't want to get hurt, never miss any one of the four essential phases of exercise.

They are Warm up (about 5 min), Stretching (about 5 min), Workload (about 45 min) and Cool down (about 5 min).

You should do these four steps every time you exercise, you will burn the maximum amout of calories if you do these four steps in the right way.
