Typing Basics - Up Up and Away!
As you look at the keys you have learned so far, you must admit that they would restrict you to a rather small vocabulary. I mean the home keys and the keys next to them are great, but what if you actually want to type real words. Not to fear, because we're going up up and away. It's time to find out just how flexible those fingers really are.
There are different ways of approaching learning. I am a firm believer that information obtained from personal discovery is remembered far more readily than information obtained from simple wrote memorization. Therefore I am going to let you loose on the next lesson and see if you can figure out how these keys should be fingered. Have fun and remember to keep your fingers based on the home keys.
