Let me introduce myself. I'm LOGO, the most intelligent turtle in the world. You don't believe me? Do you know a turtle that can paint and write? You see!

Obviously I'm not perfect. For example, I only know very few thinks for the moment. That's why I need you! You have to teach me how to paint things. I'll try to do exactly what you tell me to. For the moment I only know very few works The lessons will tell you what I already know and where you have to help me.

Unfortunately I'm not a real turtle so you can't touch me or speak to me directly. I live in the computer-world, and you have to use your keyboard and your mouse to talk to me.

Later you should press the button Learn LOGO. At the bottom of that page you can see me for the first time (what you see here is only a picture of me).
I'm sitting there on a sheet of paper waiting for your commands. Just type them in the panel right next to it.
Below, there are 8 buttons: the button "draw" will tell me that I should begin to draw the things you wrote me. "line by line" will make me wait after each step until you press "next line" so you can see exactly what I do. "stop" will tell me to stop drawing and return to the middle of the paper.
Then we have another 3 buttons you won't need to use yet: With "upload" you can show a good program to other people on the internet. "Logo syntax" gives you a short overview on the syntax of Logo programming language. But you will have to work on our lessons first in order to understand this list...
Finally there is "help" which gives you a short overview on the functions of all the buttons.

Ok you already got through the introduction. Now it's time to press Learn Logo now. Here we go!
