Jeff is a junior at Windsor High school in Connecticut.He is five foot 9 inches, and weighs 135 pounds. On October 28^th he will turn 16 years old. He has no brothers, 2 sisters, and no pets. He enjoys using computers, playing jazz music on the clarinet and sax, playing tennis, and biking. He attended a special program at UCONN (the University of Connecticut) this summer for advanced computer programming, graphical design and computer animation. Some of his recent achievements include participating in the national History Day competition, becoming webmaster of CarryOutMenu.com, and being elected president of the local USY (Youth Group) chapter. He did all the HTML programming, and Javascripting himself, as well as coded some of the Java, and wrote the CGI. He also did some of the research for the Organizations and the Issues pages.
