1.First you have to think of the main theme of the web Site as well as the name of the web site.
2.Then you must find a place to put it on the internet, intranet or any place you please.
3.Then once that is done, you have to Create a folder structure so when you program the pages, it makes it easier.
4.Program the pages and create images for it
5.Create links and check them
6.Make sure there are no bugs
7.Upload it to the place you had found to put it
