Peace Now was what protestors were chanting as they headed toward the Conrad Hilton where the delegates were staying.

August 26th, 1968, was the start of the Democratic National Convention. Anti-war protestors began gathering and were denied the right to sleep in Lincon Park. They were protesting for the passing of an anti-war plank.
