Here is a small online memorial, in honor of all the fallen heroes and patriots that fought in wars far from home so that we could live the lives that we do.  They didn't have to die in the war, nor perform above and beyond the call of duty, they merely have to have been there, and for that we honor them.  And thank them.  This is a small sampling, from our own small town cemetary.  Please send us your art and poetry honor the heroes of World War II, or any war. Aside from the cemetary, in our small town, at the VFW post we have a Wall of Honor.  The wall lists the names of locals whom have fought, and some whom have died in foriegn wars.  Here are some pictures of the site.

The Inscription reads: "God and the soldier we adore in times of danger and not before but danger past and all things righted God is forgotten and the soldier slighted."
