Cosmos and numbers

In the course of a school-time of regularly 12 years children and young persons experience the big amount of subjects they have to learn about as something independent and non-relating to each other, that means biology has nothing to do with music, physics has nothing to do with English or mathematics has nothing to do with religion, while school itself has not much to do with "real" life. The connections between these fields is often quite obvious, but for almost one century they hardly weren't taken notice of at school. In the last decades however this term of connection has become a big topic all over the world. The fact that among the different manifestations of our reality there are connections, that everything we perceive on earth is tied together in a secret matrix has always been part of the basic knowledge ever since the old civilizations. Now that the 2nd millennium is right around the corner, in spite of the hopeless and chaotic fragmentation of science into extreme specialization on all levels, a surprising process can be noticed: In many recent publications, whose number is rising enormously, lots of people discover more and more connecting structures within the chaos. More and more people are surprised, how the amount of scientific material begins to arrange and higher structures suddenly emerge. The basis of all these phenomenons is - as the older generation has always known before - the number. Pythagoras formulated this realization in this way: "Everything contains numbers." and Augustinus: "Without numbers everything would collapse." And Novalis:"Life of Gods is mathematics. Pure mathematics is religion." Or: "Science has to find again the world law which is contained in mathematics and religion has to be traced back to mathematics. "In our world, which is addicted to numbers this sentence may sound frightening as in connection with numbers people at first think at tax returns, statistics, balance sheets and sometimes at our detested school mathematics. But indeed Pythagoras didn't care about the quantities of numbers, just as little did the other more or less famous wise men, who sometimes have spent their whole lives by looking into the secrets of numbers. They mostly gave their attention to the quaality of numbers. They had all realized, that numbers can re-"count", as they tell something about existance and groth of the Creation, of human beings and about the secret of height and depth. In our website we try to impart the knowledge we have gained in order to show that numbers do not only mean factual school mathematics but that they are the basis of all life.
