What would you consider a positive application of Nuclear Chemistry born from this post-war era?

What is closest to reaching the Lawsons criterion we have ever made it to? Which model was that by, and what systems did they use? I am trying to find info on fusion reactors but it hasn't been very successful in regard to which reactors have been built and how they fared in comparison to the Lawson Criterion etc. Any replies will be appreciated.
