Weather has always affected the Earth, so people have always speculated about what is happening to them. Sometimes rumors are spread, or great stories are passed from generation to generation, or closer studies have discovered a scientific fact.

Spreading Rumors

Once a story gets out, its hard to stop it from spreading: especially if it will affect people or is especially interesting.
