Parrots are cool, right--real tropical and everything. They're cheap (buy them at traffic lights for 10 bucks) and they sing and talk, right? Problem is, nobody's figured out how to get them to say something useful yet. They usually start their serenade at about 5:00 AM and old-timers have figured out that the one way to make them shut up is to feed them... be prepared.
