Agamemnon
Agamemnon was the king of the Myceens. After Helena
the wife of Menelaus
had been kidnapped, Menelaus came to Agamemnon, his brother, to ask for men
to defeat the Trojans. The mighty Agamemnon gave his brother what he wanted
and he went with his men to Troy.
More kings helping Menelaos were: Nestor, Idomeneus, Aiax,
Odysseus
and Achilles.
And after ten years of war Agamemnon got the message of the gods to attack
Troy. The next day they helt a meeting. And Oddyseus came with the idea
of the Horse.
The Greek men won.
But when Agamemnon came home, he was killed by his wife.
