 Copyright Permission for Painting and Mural
I have received email from a Melissa Lockhart Harlow who was a student of George C. Marshall highschool, whom graduated in '64. She was the one who painted the portrait of General George C. Marshall that I had once used in the home page. She also helped to paint the mural of which I'm using and has gave me permission to use both of them on our project. She have also provided info on another student who also helped paint the mural. I have included what she wrote below, I have not yet contact the person mentioned, any help would be great.

"Dear Lan Doan,

You have my permission to use both the painting and the mural in your
project. I feel very flattered that you would like to include them.

In case you would like to contact Judy Arnold also, her married name is
Judy Arnold Loy and her phone number is 450-0359. She lives in Great
Falls and I believe she is a teacher for FCPS. I don't know if she has
e-mail. If you would prefer to write her, her address is 420 Ole Dirt
Road, Great Falls, VA 22066. I have no knowledge of the whereabouts of
the other people who worked on the mural.
