Adjectives are words which modify nouns and pronouns.





                Adjectives can describe something.

                   For Example:   beautiful, soft, big



                Adjectives can also show how many there are of something.

                   For Example:   two, three, ten



                There are also a few adjectives that point out.

                   For Example:  this, that, these, those




Here is an exercise to try out:



Give three adjectives that can be used to describe the following nouns:

country _________ _________ _________ book _________ _________ _________
montains _________ _________ _________ teacher _________ _________ _________
jury _________ _________ _________ weather _________ _________ _________

Answers to these can come in numerous amounts, however
they must be a word that describes the noun.
