I light up whenever I have a coffee or an alcoholic drink, or as soon as I've finished a meal. I find myself automatically smoking when I'm on the phone or in the car, and smoking is my way of having a break when I need one. I have an automatic response to so many situations, and no doubt you have too! What we must do is break the automatic responses, and replace them with more positive actions.
Drink plenty of water or orange juice, go for a brisk walk, brush your teeth, read your reasons for quitting.
