Both the countries are democratic. Each one has opinions of its own public matters and both countries have newspaper reading and television viewing people.

Their intention was not helping but their intention was improvement of their economy through business and raw materials. Business helped India.

Q4) What fascinates you about the British culture and what doesn’t?
British can laugh at themselves but Indians can’t and in the old days the British quality to appreciate the Under Dog fascinates me.

The English language, parliamentary system and the railways would not have developed so quickly and extensively. Education would be completely different.

Probably the French or the Portuguese might have come. They did but they did not succeed.

More likely fighting each other.

Q8) How did it feel on the 50th Independence Day?
Very great indeed because one billion people and their different religions and democratic form of government we have not only survived as a nation, but have progressed as well. Only one disappointment that we are not very united anymore.
