I am a French student in Cork (Ireland) in electronic and computer sciences (Diploma). And this year, I have a projet in television and Video. And I'd like to find some informations on this subject, If you know something about it or know some adress which could help me(courses, examples, scheme …), let me know. I'm going to describe you my personal project to show you what sort of the knowledgments require my project.

I need to modify the video signal to print on the screen the logo of my university. This logo must appear during all the program and switch off like the T.V. .
