Notes: Strictly speaking, this design is not a tessellation since the areas of pale tan are not contained within a polygon or shape (they go on forever). However, the design resembles the regular tessellation 6.6.6 and exhibits all forms of symmetry. The symmetries include the embellishment added on top of the regular hexagons.
