Q: Why does the registration
process gives me an error message?
A: There could be a number of reasons, but the most
likely you left a form field blank, use your browsers back button to return to the page,
and double check it. If this doesn't work please try our guest login.
Q: I can login to Eureka but I cannot access any of
the Interactive Features (or it doesn't know my name.)
A: Your browser isn't configured to accept cookies.
In Internet Explorer you need to press
"View" then "Internet Options" then select the "Security"
tab and select "Medium" or "Low" security. In Netscape select "Edit"
-"Preferences" then go to the "Advanced" module on the tree list.
Select "Accept all Cookies". You then need to re-login to Eureka using your
username and password.
Q: Your pages won't display correctly on my
browser.
A: We recommend Netscape
Communicator 4/4.5 and Microsoft Internet Explorer
3/4/5. Check that your browser supports tables as well as frames.
