Tour : The Renaissance
| Let's now go forward in time, until the Renaissance period.
Renaissance is a word that mean rebirth or regrowth, and this was exactly what was
happening in Europe at this time. After the collapse of the Roman empire, there was a time
called "the dark ages" which which was a period when few civilization advances
occurred. Renaissance came after the dark ages, and was a great period of invention. One of the most important inventors of the time was Leonardo Da Vinci. Leonardo was a true Renaissance man, he was amazingly skilled at art, all of the sciences, mathematics, and just about everything else. He created reams of sketches of various ideas including flying machines and helicopters. He also wrote all of his notes in mirrored writing, which is incredibly hard to do!
