Fluorescent Lighting

Edmund Germer's development of the fluorescent lamp increased the efficiency of these devices, which allowed for lower power consumption and brighter light than the standard incandescent lights pioneered by Thomas Edison. Over the years he has amassed over 130 patents mainly for methods involving fluorescent lighting.
