terms of a sequence:

The numbers in a sequence.

theorem:

A statement that has been proven to be true.

third-order determinant:

A determinant with three rows and three columns.

transformation matrix:

A matrix used for multiplying a point matrix to give a new point matrix.

translation:

A transformation made by substitutions that shift each point of a given graph to a different location without changing the shape of the graph.

trinomial:

A polynomial with three terms.
