Lemon Fizz
You Will Need:
- baking soda
- water
- lemonade
- 2 drinking glasses
- 2 spoons
Directions:
- Fill one glass half full of water. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Fill the second glass half full of lemonade. Use a clean spoon to put 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder in the lemonade.
- What is the reaction when the baking soda contacts the water? Try making orange fizz or apple fizz and see if the reaction is different.

Consumption:
- Drink the lemon fizz quickly before all the bubbles escape into the air.
