Malaysian Prawn Cutlets |

- 1 can sweetcorn kernels
- 1 kg green prawns, peeled and chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs plain flour
- a tbs cornflour
- 1 tbs turmeric,ground
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Place corn in a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in frypan until it starts to smoke, then drop tablespoons of mixture into the oil and fry until golden. Serve with a mild chilli dipping sauce.
