Jaime Cardinal
Sin -- one of the influencial voices in the Catholic Church of the Philippines. He was
able to turn the tides in favor of the revolutionary voices with the belief that God was
on their side. And as the EDSA Revolution turned out, God really was.
Fidel Valdez Ramos --- one of
the high-ranking officers of the armed forces and headed Philippine Constabulary (now
known as the Philippine National Police) during the Ferdinand Marcos regime, but
eventually turned sides for the revolutionary movement along with Juan Ponce Enrile. He

support of then-president Corazon Aquino.
Juan Ponce
Enrile --- A child born out of wedlock grew under impoverish circumstances to become an
undaunted fighter for the guerrilla movement during World War II. As a young military man,
he rose in the ranks of the Philippine Military. After the assassination of Benigno Aquino
in 1983, he retracted his support for the dictatorship of Marcos to join the revolutionary
forces. Alongside Fidel V. Ramos, they gave the revolution its well-need boost from the
military to support the rising revolution against Ferdinand Marcos.
Gregorio Honasan -- a young
militaryman assigned as chief security officer for Juan Ponce Enrile during the
revolution. His role in the success of the revolution earned him numerous medals for his
bravery and valor.
